Peas – Ham – Mandarins – Salad

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small can of peas, well drained
  • 10 mandarin oranges from the can, also well drained
  • 3 slices of cooked ham
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Chop the mandarin oranges and ham very finely and mix with the peas. Add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise and stir well. It’s important that the ingredients are relatively dry, otherwise the salad will be too watery. We always make this salad when we have peas and ham left over from a raclette, for example, so it’s a great way to use up leftovers—it can be eaten immediately, but can also be left to marinate. The slightly sweet peas harmonize perfectly with the mandarin oranges and ham.
