Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 700 g kohlrabi, peeled, quartered, sliced ​​into thin slices
  • 1 bunch of chives, cut into 2 cm long sticks
  • 2 pairs of sausages, Frankfurter, in 5 mm thick slices
  • 2 apples, sour, peeled, quartered, thinly sliced
  • 100 g quark
  • 50 g sour cream
  • 4 tbsp sweet cider
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Pepper, white, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Place kohlrabi, chives, sausages, and apples in a bowl. Combine quark, sour cream, cider, mustard, salt, sugar, and pepper and mix with the prepared ingredients. Let stand for 15 minutes, then adjust seasoning if desired.
