Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 orange(s), organic
  • 6 tbsp rum
  • 6 tbsp orange liqueur
  • 500 ml coffee, freshly brewed
  • 200 ml cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Rinse the orange, pat dry, and peel the zest into wafer-thin strips. Mix 6 tablespoons of rum with 6 tablespoons of orange liqueur, divide among six glasses, and top with the coffee. Whip the cream until stiff. Pipe a dollop of cream over the coffee. Garnish with the orange zest.
