Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 ml white wine
  • 300 ml apple juice, clear
  • 1 pack flavoring (lemon peel, grated)
  • 1 tsp, leveled ginger powder
  • 75 g rock sugar, white
  • 50 ml orange liqueur

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine white wine, apple juice, lemon zest flavoring, ginger, and rock candy in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir in the orange liqueur. Serve the finished mulled wine hot, for example, in a teapot or in heat-resistant glasses.
