Pancakes without eggs

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 180 g wheat flour
  • 100 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 280 ml milk or sparkling water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with wheat flour and hazelnuts

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix to form a creamy batter. Heat a pan with or without oil and ladle the batter into the pan. Cook to desired browning and serve the finished pancakes on a plate. Garnish with fruit, cream, or ice cream.
