Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g flour
- 2 tbsp oat flakes, wholegrain
- 3 eggs
- ¼ liter of mineral water
- 2 packs of frozen herbs, of your choice
- ½ onion(s)
- 4 tbsp oil
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Beat the eggs until frothy, stir in the flour and oatmeal, and finally add the mineral water. Let it sit for 30 minutes. Then add the herbs and very finely chopped onion, and season with salt. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the dough in batches. Serve with mixed salad and/or herb curd.
