with amaretti, crème fraîche and fruit – very tasty and very simple
Simply crush amaretti biscuits in a bag and fill the glasses. The bottom of the small glasses should be about 2 cm thick. Add 1 teaspoon of either amaretto, cinnamon liqueur, Grand Marni, or something similar to each glass (whatever is available; choose something non-alcoholic for children). Then mix a cup of crème fraîche with a little fruit juice and powdered sugar. Just add a little seasoning to taste, so it’s fruity but not too sweet. Depending on the type of fruit, I also add a dash of fruit liqueur. Then simply divide between the glasses and place them in the fridge. Just before serving, I top with the fruit. It works great with blueberries, but it’s also delicious with diced mangoes, peaches, nectarines, etc. So it’s all very versatile – depending on your taste. In winter, filleted oranges with a bit of cinnamon might also be good.
