Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 small bananas, not too ripe
  • 150 g raspberries, frozen
  • 3 tbsp orange juice
  • 2 tbsp Grand Marnier
  • 10 g vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp almond flakes
  • 4 scoops of ice cream (vanilla)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Raspberries & bananas with vanilla ice cream

Bring the orange juice, Grand Marinière, and vanilla sugar to a boil in a saucepan. Add the frozen raspberries and thaw over low heat. Toast the flaked almonds in a pan without fat until golden brown. Prepare two long dessert bowls. Peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise. Place two halves in each bowl and carefully top with the raspberries. Place two scoops of vanilla ice cream on top of the fruit, garnish with the flaked almonds, and serve. For children: Replace the Grand Marinière with orange juice.
