Gnocchi cheese casserole

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 2 packs of gnocchi
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 3 m.-sized eggs
  • 50 g processed cheese
  • 100 g Parmesan
  • 250 g salmon
  • e.g. cheese (Gouda)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • some pepper
  • some nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Fry the gnocchi in a pan with a little oil until golden brown. Transfer to a baking dish. Mix the sour cream, heavy cream, processed cheese, eggs, and half of the Parmesan cheese well. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Pour the sauce over the gnocchi. Cover with salmon and Gouda. Spread the remaining Parmesan cheese evenly over the top. Cover with baking paper and aluminum foil. Place in the oven at 200°C (convection oven) for about half an hour. The Parmesan cheese should be lightly browned and the Gouda should be melted.
