Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 eggs, hard-boiled
- some cucumber juice from pickled cucumbers
- 1 tsp mustard
- salt and pepper
- Herbs, optional
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel and halve the eggs. Remove the yolks and mix them with the pickle juice. Season with mustard, salt, pepper, and herbs to taste. Pour the mixture into the egg whites and garnish as desired.
