Tomato salad with cheese

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g tomatoes
  • bunch of spring onions with leeks
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 2 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp oil
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • 40 g Emmental cheese, sliced

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the tomatoes and slice them thinly. Peel the spring onions and slice them into rings. Mix with the chopped basil, vinegar, oil, and pepper. Arrange the tomatoes on two plates and pour the marinade over them. Sprinkle with the shredded cheese. Serve with baguette.
