Strawberry cream semolina

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ¼ liter milk, low-fat
  • 60 g sugar
  • 25 g semolina
  • 125 g low-fat curd cheese
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 shot of white rum
  • 125 ml cream, whipped
  • 1 shot of coconut milk
  • 400 g strawberries
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 bar of chocolate (dark), melted
  • 1 lime(s), the juice
  • some powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Dip a few strawberries in melted dark chocolate (for decoration). Place on cling film and chill. Bring the milk, sugar, and vanilla sugar to a boil with the semolina and stir until the semolina has set. Chill. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, then fold in the quark, lemon juice, coconut milk, and rum. Fold the mixture into the semolina. Purée the remaining strawberries (at least 300 g) and mix with the lime juice. Now alternate the cream and semolina with the sauce in glasses. Garnish the glasses with the chocolate-covered strawberries and a dusting of powdered sugar.
