Tuna toast baked

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 slices of toast
  • 1 can of tuna (200 g)
  • 150 g peas
  • 150 g corn
  • 6 slices of cheese (Emmental, Edam or Gouda)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Drain the tuna and corn. Mix the peas and corn with the tuna and season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture on toasted bread (do not toast) and top with the cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for about 10 minutes.
