Tomato salad with chives

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 tomatoes
  • 3 stalks of chives
  • 2 tbsp remoulade
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise (salad cream)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl. Add the remoulade and salad cream and stir well. Then cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for 15 minutes. During this time, the tomato juices will blend with the remoulade and salad cream, creating a fantastic sauce. Finally, garnish with chives.
