Ingredients for 2 servings:
- some tomatoes, different varieties
- 1 buffalo mozzarella
- a few stalks of basil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil, mild
- some chili oil
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- some sugar to taste
Instructions

Slice the tomatoes and arrange them on plates. Tear the basil and add it to the tomatoes. Slice the mozzarella and add it. Mix the balsamic vinegar, the oils, salt, pepper, and sugar together to make a dressing and drizzle over the salad. Let it marinate for a while and serve. Tip: Instead of the chili oil, you can also add a little chili powder, followed by a little more olive oil.
