Raw feta bowl

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 2 yellow beets
  • 1 m.-large zucchini
  • 8 radishes
  • 1 m.-large kohlrabi
  • 1 handful of arugula
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp sweet cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

ideal as a light summer meal

Finely dice the feta. Wash and trim the vegetables, peel the beets and kohlrabi, and dice everything finely. Roughly chop the arugula and add it to the feta and vegetables. For the dressing, combine the oil and cream, season with salt and pepper. Pour over the bowl and mix everything gently.
