simple and delicious

Peel the potatoes, no cutting, and cook until cooked. Clean the vegetables, chop them, and cook them until cooked, or prepare frozen vegetables according to the instructions. Thaw the fish and sear them in a pan, then continue to cook with the lid on over low heat until almost cooked through. Cut the fish into bite-sized pieces. When everything is cooked, place it in a baking dish, mix, and garnish with fresh herbs and a squeeze of lemon, if desired. Spread the hollandaise sauce over the fish and finally sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
