Potato and salmon casserole with broccoli

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 12 m.-sized potatoes
  • 3 small onions
  • 200 g broccoli
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. Cheese, grated, e.g. Gouda
  • n. B. Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Boil the potatoes in their jacket potatoes. Slice the onions into rings and fry in oil. Cook the broccoli in salted water until tender. Rinse the salmon fillets and pat dry, then season with salt and pepper. Fry in oil on both sides until cooked through. Finely chop the chives, stir into the cream, and season with salt and pepper. Peel the cooked potatoes, slice them, and place them in a baking dish. Layer the onions, broccoli, and salmon on top and pour over the cream. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for approximately 20-25 minutes.
