- 5 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp low-fat curd cheese
- 1 banana(s)
- 30 g amarena cherries or fresh cherries

Mix the oats, milk, and low-fat quark. Peel and slice the banana, and add it to the muesli along with the cherries. Let the muesli sit in a cool, covered bowl overnight to allow it to infuse.
