Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 egg yolk
- ½ tsp, leveled mustard, medium hot
- 125 ml rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 pinches of sugar
- 2 pinch(s) curry powder
- pepper
- herbal salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine the egg yolks, mustard, vinegar, sugar, curry powder, pepper, and salt in a mixing bowl and mix well. Add the oil drop by drop, whisking vigorously. Season the mayonnaise to taste and add more herb salt if desired. The mustard will give the mayonnaise a slightly yellower color.
