Oat flakes with yogurt and fruit

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 tbsp oat flakes
  • ½ banana(s)
  • ¼ pineapple
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 10 grapes
  • ½ apple
  • possibly almonds, linseed or coconut flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

Soak the oats in hot water for about 7 minutes. Cut the fruit into pieces and mix with the yogurt. Finally, drain the oats and add them to the bowl. If you like, you can sprinkle some almonds, flaxseeds, or coconut flakes on top. I eat this breakfast every morning at work, and it keeps me going until lunchtime. Plus, I’ve already eaten my daily ration of fruit. Important: Drink plenty of fluids!
