Potato – sausage – goulash

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g potatoes
  • 3 bell peppers, 1 each red, yellow, green
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 pack of tomatoes, chopped
  • 250 ml broth
  • 400 g meat sausage
  • 1 can of corn
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • Paprika powder
  • marjoram

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dice the potatoes, peppers, and onions. Crush the garlic. Heat the oil and sauté the vegetables. Pour in the tomatoes and broth and cook for about 15 minutes. Roughly dice the sausage, add it with the corn, and heat briefly. Season to taste. Top with crème fraîche. Serve with fresh bread.
