Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 small mango(s)
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 orange(s)
- 1 pot of yogurt, 150 g
- 100 ml almond milk (almond drink)
- 1 handful of chia seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
First, peel the mango, put it in a blender, and blend it into a smoothie. Pour the smoothie into a bowl, then stir in the yogurt and almond milk. Chop the fruit into small pieces and add it to the bowl as a topping. Top the smoothie bowl with chia seeds.
