Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Dessert with cherries and chili, e.g. for dinner or for Valentine’s Day
Crumble the biscuits and mix with the butter to form a paste. It should no longer be crumbly, but not yet mushy either. Divide between 2 dessert bowls or glasses and press down lightly. Prepare the paradise cream according to the package instructions and, just before the end, add the chocolate sprinkles and half a very finely chopped, seedless chili pepper. Using the mixer on the lowest speed, fold in the cherries and also divide the cream between the dessert bowls or glasses. Refrigerate the dessert for at least 20 minutes. Before serving, garnish with whipped cream, cherries, a few chocolate shavings, or chili threads. Tip: You can always achieve a great visual effect for desserts by placing wine glasses upside down with the rim on a small plate with syrup or grenadine colored with food coloring, then dip them in sugar, let them dry, and then pour in the dessert.
