Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 bowl of strawberries
- 1 apple
- 2 plums
- 1 nectarine(s)
- 2 small bananas
- 4 handfuls of oat flakes
- 3 tbsp raisins
- 3 tbsp yogurt
- 1 dashes lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Muesli
Chop the fruit as small as desired and drizzle with a little lemon juice. Then add all the other ingredients and mix everything gently. This is a great way to start the day, or for all WWers, a great alternative to snacking when there aren’t many points left to indulge in. 4 points per serving if you use low-fat yogurt. And one thing’s for sure: it’s filling!
