Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 handful of frozen spinach or kale
- 1 banana(s), ripe
- 230 ml soy milk (soy drink) or almond milk
- 60 g oat flakes or spelt flakes
- 1 ½ tsp, heaped chia seeds
- e.g. syrup or agave syrup
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 5 minutes

Puree the banana, spinach, and milk in a blender. Mix it in a bowl with the oats and chia seeds and refrigerate. Add syrup or agave syrup for sweetness, if desired. The chia seeds will thicken the liquid. Feel free to experiment with other fruits and vegetables.
