Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 onion(s), chopped
- 1 kg jacket potatoes, cooked, cold
- 500 g pork, roasted or boiled, from the previous day
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 eggs (fried eggs)
- Beetroot
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Biksemad
Finely chop the onion. Cut the peeled potatoes and the meat into small cubes. Brown the meat in about 1/3 of the butter in a pan and remove. Add the remaining 1/3 of the butter to the pan and fry the potato cubes until crispy. Remove and set aside. Add the remaining butter to the pan and lightly brown the onions. Then add the meat and potatoes and mix everything together. Season with pepper, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Serve with fried eggs and beets.
