Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 2 cups of sweet cream
  • 1 cup QimiQ
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp jam (blueberry)
  • 40 ladyfingers
  • some milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quick, easy option, suitable for children

Line a loaf pan with cling film. Whip the sweet cream until stiff. Whisk the QimiQ until creamy, stir in the vanilla sugar. Then add the blueberry jam and stir in – add more jam if desired. Fold in the stiffly whipped cream. Now pour some of the cream into the loaf pan (about 1-2 cm high). Briefly dip the ladyfingers in milk and place them on top. Spread more cream over the top, then add more ladyfingers. Repeat this process until the pan is full or all the ingredients are used up. The last row should be ladyfingers. Refrigerate overnight (a 0-degree compartment is ideal). Then turn out and remove the cling film. Decorate as desired and serve.
