Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ½ cup(s) coffee, espresso (cold)
  • 2 cl liqueur (mocha liqueur)
  • 1 lemon(s) , (grated peel)
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 4 tbsp cream (whipped)
  • 4 cookies (chocolate cookies)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Coffee dessert

Whisk the egg yolks and sugar over a pan of hot water until frothy. Gradually add the coffee, liqueur, nutmeg, and a little lemon zest. Whisk the mixture until creamy. Pour into four glasses and decorate with a whipped cream tower and a chocolate biscuit.
