Lentil soup

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ¾ cup lentils
  • 1 bunch of soup vegetables (leek, celery, some more carrots)
  • 2 onions
  • 3 potatoes
  • n. B. water
  • 2 Mettwurst sausages

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Chop the vegetables and potatoes into small pieces. Add the lentils, pour in water, and simmer for 45 minutes until the lentils are tender. Finally, add the sausages and heat them into the soup.
