Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g butter, room temperature
  • 20 g vanilla sugar or white sugar
  • 30 g brown sugar
  • 45 g flour
  • 45 g muesli, possibly mixed with ground nuts
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 50 g raisins or dried berries, chocolate or chopped nuts

Preheat the oven to 190°C (top/bottom heat). Cream the butter with both types of sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and mix well. Stir in the muesli (or the muesli-nut mix). Stir in the flour and baking powder and mix well, but not too long. Finally, stir in the raisins, chocolate, berries, and nuts (as desired) with a spoon. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and spoon the dough onto the sheet. The dough pieces should be about the size of a tablespoon or slightly smaller; this amount should make about 12 cookies. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake the cookies for 9 minutes. The cookies should be golden yellow when done, and the edges may be light brown. Remove the baking sheet immediately and let the cookies cool.
