Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

This recipe is quick to make and a real feast for the eyes. Shell the shrimp, remove the guts, wash the tails, and dry them. Peel the potatoes and cut them into very thin, long strips, resembling spaghetti. Then wrap the shrimp evenly in the “potato spaghetti” and fry in a pan or deep fryer until golden brown and crispy. Then dry on paper towels and season with salt and cayenne pepper. Serve with the sweet chili sauce for dipping.
