Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 450 g leaf spinach (frozen)
  • 200 g cream
  • 100 g cheese (Edam), grated
  • 4 garlic cloves, whole
  • salt and pepper

quick, easy and still smart

Arrange the garlic cloves in a baking dish and top with the thawed spinach, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add the cream and cover generously with the cheese. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 200°C for about 45 minutes, removing the foil for the last 15 minutes. The baking dish should be sized so that the spinach is completely covered in the cream. Serve with ciabatta bread.
