Salmon cream sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bunch of mixed herbs (basil, thyme, oregano, etc.)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 250 g cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 400 g smoked salmon
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the herbs, shake dry, pluck the leaves from the stems, and cut into strips. Heat the butter in a pan and briefly sauté the herbs. Add the cream and lemon juice and simmer for about 4 minutes. Cut the salmon into strips and heat briefly in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
