Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g wild berries, fresh
  • 600 ml soy yogurt (yogurt alternative) or kefir
  • 3 tbsp, heaped hazelnuts, roasted and ground
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 pinch(s) of vanilla pulp
  • 4 leaves mint, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

Puree some of the wild berries with the honey and vanilla in a blender. If you like, mix some of the yogurt with berry puree. Layer the berry puree, yogurt, and nuts alternately in tall glasses. Decorate with berries and mint leaves.
