Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250g spaghetti
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 can tuna in its own juice
- oil
- 250 ml cream
- Tomato paste
- Herbs of Provence
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook spaghetti al dente. Finely dice the onion and sauté it in a pan with a little oil, then add the tuna. Then add the cream. Stir in the tomato paste until the sauce turns a beautiful pink color. Add plenty of Provençal herbs and season with salt. Thicken slightly if desired. Tip: Alternatively, you can use zucchini and salmon instead of the tuna.
