Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cake base, shortcrust pastry or sponge cake
- 1 pack of cream powder (vanilla cream of paradise)
- 1 pack of cream powder (Paradise Cream Chocolate)
- 100 g couverture or chocolate
- 600 ml milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cake with vanilla and chocolate cream, quick to make, for 12 pieces
Melt the chocolate coating in a double boiler or in the microwave and spread evenly over the cake base. Use more or less to taste; the main thing is to ensure the base is dense so it doesn’t become soft. Prepare the vanilla and chocolate cream separately with the milk according to the package instructions. When the chocolate coating on the cake base has set, spread the vanilla cream on top first and carefully dot the chocolate cream on top like cow spots. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes, then serve. You can, of course, also use white chocolate and swap the colors. There will definitely be some pudding left over!
