Cream cheese with pan-fried vegetables

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g cream cheese
  • ½ pointed pepper
  • 1 leek stalk(s), approx. 5 cm
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp tomato paste, triple concentrated
  • Salt and pepper, black, from the mill
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 pinch(s) sweet paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Remove the seeds from the bell peppers and clean the leeks. Cut both vegetables into very small cubes. Heat oil in a pan and fry the bell pepper, leek, and garlic cubes until soft. Mix the cream cheese with the vegetables thoroughly and season with tomato paste, salt, pepper, sugar, and paprika.
