Tuna sauce with arugula

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 1 chili pepper(s), red, pickled
  • 1 shot of white wine
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups reduced-fat cream
  • 80 g arugula
  • 5 leaves basil, large
  • herbal salt
  • Paprika powder, sweet and hot
  • Spice mix (Garam Masala)
  • pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Lemon pepper
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan, fresh, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat the oil, dice the onion and 2 garlic cloves, and sauté. Add the tuna and finely chopped chili. Deglaze with the wine. Add the cream and sour cream. Wash and chop the arugula, and add it. Simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. Chop the basil, press the remaining garlic, add it, season, and mix with the Parmesan cheese.
