Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 Vienna sausages
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 2 corn cobs
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 12 shallots
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Colorful treat for the grill

You’ll need four metal skewers. Preheat the grill. Cut each sausage into 6 pieces. Cut the zucchini and corn into 1 cm thick slices. Thread the tomatoes, peeled shallots, and skewers alternately. Brush with olive oil. Grill the skewers for 10 minutes, turning several times and brushing with oil.
