Crab salad with creme fraiche dressing

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 10 leaves of lettuce, from the lettuce heart
  • 10 leaves of lettuce, Lollo Bianco
  • 4 leaves of Lollo Rosso
  • ¼ head of lettuce
  • 1 carrot(s) (in strips)
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 pack of crabs
  • Crème fraîche dressing (homemade or ready-made)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

like at IKEA

Tear the lettuce leaves into bite-sized pieces; vary the amounts to your taste, although I wouldn’t use too much Lollo Rosso, or it’ll be bitter. Add the grated carrots and drizzle with lemon juice. Then top with the dressing and the shrimp. Serve with a bread roll; it tastes just like the salad at IKEA.
