Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 190 ml cream (vanilla cream, preparation see below)
- 110 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 125 g cream, whipped
- 190 ml milk
- 3 pts. vanilla sugar
- 1 point flavoring (lemon sugar) or some lemon zest
- 18 g cornstarch (Mondamin)
- ½ jar sour cherries
- 20 ml Amaretto
- 25 g sugar
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 8 g cornstarch (Mondamin)
- chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Vanilla cream: Bring the milk and vanilla sugar to a boil and thicken with Mondamin. Once cooled, whisk the cream with a hand mixer until smooth. Quark cream: Mix the quark with the cream, sugar, and salt. Then fold in the whipped cream. Sour cherries: Drain (reserving the juice). Bring the juice to a boil with sugar and cinnamon and thicken with Mondamin. Then mix with the cherries. Layer the quark and cherries in glasses or a bowl and garnish with chocolate sprinkles.
