Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 zucchinis
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 pack of salad seasoning mix (Salad Crown Dill)
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with sour cream, apple cider vinegar and dill

Wash the zucchini, halve lengthwise, and slice thinly using a slicer. Blanch in boiling salted water for about 1 minute, then drain. Rinse with cold water and let drain. Finely dice the onion. Mix the cream with the salad dressing and season with apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar, if desired. Add the onions. Mix again, then gently fold in the zucchini and serve.
