Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g spaetzle
- salt water
- 1 avocado(s)
- 2 cups cream cheese, grainy
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 3 cloves garlic
- lemon juice
- lots of pepper
- 1 pinch (to taste, instant
- Salt
- 1 can of tuna
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cook the spaetzle in salted water. Mash the ripe avocado in a bowl with a fork. Add the cream cheese and finely chopped bell pepper. I season with a pinch of instant broth. Pepper and crushed garlic are essential. Mix everything together and season with lemon juice. Transfer the warm spaetzle to a plate, then add a salad spoonful of the cold mixture and a forkful or two of tuna, if desired. You can also omit the fish.
