Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 onions, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, squeezed
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cans kidney beans, drained
  • 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
  • chili powder
  • curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

A delicious vegan spread with kidney beans

Sauté the chopped onions and crushed garlic in olive oil, then briefly sauté the spices. Then add the kidney beans and sauté briefly, add the tomato paste, and let everything simmer for a while. Purée the mixture and let it cool.
