Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of smoked salmon
  • 1 apple, slightly sour
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 lime(s)
  • Sea salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

delicious spread

Finely dice the smoked salmon, peeled apple, and onion. Place everything in a bowl and pour over the lime juice. Mix everything thoroughly and add the sour cream. Chop the chives and add them to the bowl. Add a little salt and pepper and mix everything until creamy. It’s best to let it sit in the refrigerator for a while. This goes wonderfully with dark bread, but also tastes good on white bread. Alternatively, you can use spring onions instead of the onion and chives.
