Grilled bananas with coconut butter

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 4 bananas
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp almond(s), ground
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 pinch of ginger
  • 1 pinch(s) curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the bananas on a hot tabletop grill and grill for about 20 minutes, until the skins are blackened. Combine the butter with the coconut flakes, almonds, and honey. Season with ginger and curry. Halve the bananas, cut them lengthwise, but do not cut all the way through. Fill the cuts with coconut butter and serve. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
