- 2 cl eggnog
- whipped cream
- chocolate sauce
- Almond(s) (slivers)
- Ice cream (vanilla) as desired

Super delicious dessert for a barbecue, everyone will love it!
Place the banana in its skin on the grill (it works best when the grill isn’t quite so hot) and grill it until blackened on both sides. The flesh should be hot and almost mushy. Then cut the banana open with a sharp knife, remove it from the skin, and immediately pour over the eggnog and top with some whipped cream. This has to be done quickly, as the flesh cools very quickly. You can also refine this recipe with some vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, almond flakes, etc., depending on your taste (and calorie preference 🙂 ). For children, we recommend using chocolate sauce instead of eggnog.
