Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 10 pineapple rings
  • 150 g smoked bacon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the bacon into thin slices. Drain the canned or fresh pineapple thoroughly in a sieve. Wrap each pineapple ring with two slices of bacon. Grill for about 3 minutes on each side. Delicious as a grilled dessert.
