Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream, 200 g
  • 4 small gherkins
  • 1 tbsp mustard, extra hot
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp wasabi paste
  • 1 tsp seaweed (nori)
  • 2 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with seaweed and wasabi

Hard-boil and peel the eggs. Finely chop the eggs, capers, and cucumbers. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and let them sit in the refrigerator for a while. Serve immediately, though. Tip: Perfect with roast beef.
